    Assistant Professor of Management – Continuing Track (Non-Tenure)

    The Department of Business Administration in the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware invites applications for a Continuing Track (non-tenure) position in Management starting August 16, 2022. Candidates must have or anticipate completing a Ph.D. within the broad domain of Management before the position starting date. Preference is given to individuals with a record of successful teaching and research experience in strategic management.

    Teaching responsibilities are primarily the undergraduate strategic management course with the potential for future opportunities in strategic leadership, business ethics, and/or international management at the undergraduate and graduate levels. This Continuing Track position is mainly instructional. It typically involves teaching six courses per year, most with an average class size of 35 or 40 students.

    Research responsibilities include maintaining a publication record that is commensurate with AACSB standards by publishing in recognized refereed journals. Service responsibilities involve engaging in activities to support the Department, College, and University.
