    Alain Verbeke's paper explores if the COVID‐19 Pandemic will change global value chains. He suggests that COVID-19 will affect (1) investment in intelligence and contracting safeguards; (2) levels of irreversible overseas investments; (3) relational contracting; and (4) levels of diversification.
