    When: April 16, 21, 23 (2020)

STRonger Together PhD Networkshops are a series of online workshops for late stage PhD students, i.e., those who expect to be on the job market next academic year (2020-21). Our goal is to provide a forum for these students to interact with senior faculty and peers in their relevant area (as they might otherwise have done in person at conferences in the Spring and Summer) and get some early feedback on their potential job market papers. The workshops will be conducted online (via Zoom) in a round table discussion format, with 3-4 PhD students and one senior discussant spending an hour talking about the students' research ideas.

At present, we have three workshops scheduled:

    Thursday, April 16th (6 - 8 pm EDT / Friday April 17th 12-2 am CET / Friday April 17th 6 - 8 am Singapore)

Confirmed discussants: Ruth Aguilera (Northeastern), Jay Barney (Utah), Felipe Csaszar (Michigan), J.P. Eggers (NYU), Tim Folta (Connecticut / IE), Martin Ganco (Wisconsin), Lamar Pierce (WUSTL), Chris Rider (Michigan), P.K. Toh (UT Austin), Todd Zenger (Utah).

    Tuesday, April 21st (10 am - 12 pm EDT / 4 - 6 pm CET / 10 pm - 12 am Singapore)

Confirmed discussants: Rajshree Agarwal (Maryland), Gautam Ahuja (Cornell), Heather Berry (George Washington), Isin Guler (UNC Chapel Hill), Nan Jia (Southern California), Tobias Kretschmer (LMU Munich / UCL), Michael Leiblein (Ohio State), Gerry McNamara (Michigan State), Tomasz Obloj (HEC Paris), Phanish Puranam (INSEAD), Brian Silverman (Toronto).
