Seeking 15- 20 Participants for a Research Study on the Integration of Knowledge Management Processes into Human Capital Management Strategies.

I am a doctoral student at Walden University studying management with a concertation in human resource management. My dissertation title is "Integrating Knowledge Management and Human Capital Management: Human Resource Managers' Lived Experiences." The purpose of my study is to explore the lived experiences of Human Resource managers or management professionals specific to their experiences of integrating knowledge management processes with human intellectual capital management strategies in professional service firms in the eastern region of the United States (Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia).

I am seeking to interview 15-20 human resource managers or management professionals with an undergraduate or master's degree in human resource management or related field located in the eastern region of the United States with a minimum of five years' experience in senior leadership and knowledge of your company/organization knowledge management practices and human intellectual capital strategy. The interview will take approximately 45 to 60 minutes of your time and will focus on your experience with integrating your organization's knowledge management processes (knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, and knowledge utilization) with your human intellectual capital management strategies (employee hiring, retention, and management). The interview will be conducted via a conference call on a day/time that is most convenient for you. With your permission, the interview will be recorded for analysis purposes. Your interview will also be recorded.  In appreciation for your participation, you will receive a $10 Amazon gift card. The study findings may benefit Human Resource managers and professionals in management by helping them understand how to integrate knowledge management practices with existing human intellectual capital practices in order to maximize employee well-being and performance in the workplace and optimize organizational success.

This study is voluntary. You are free to accept or turn down the invitation. If you decide to be in the study now, you can still change your mind later. Confidentiality regarding your participation will be maintained. Reports coming out of this study I will not share the identities of individual participants. Details that might identify participants, such as the location of the study, also will not be shared. As the researcher, I will not use your personal information for any purpose outside of this research project.
