The STR Division is pleased to sponsor the 2021 Junior Faculty Consortium during the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management.
The STR Junior Faculty Consortium brings together both teaching- and research-oriented faculty who have recently completed their PhD programs. The objective is to enhance the scholarship, teaching, and overall professional development of faculty in early stages of their careers at different types of institutions across the world. The consortium seeks to provide opportunities for participants to engage in research discussions with peers and distinguished scholars, exchange ideas about research and teaching practices, and other aspects of their career.
