The STR Division invites you to participate in MOVEmber – a fitness challenge for the month of November! Each week will feature a different exercise challenge-spinning, running, and yoga-finished off with two days of meditation and mindfulness. We encourage you to use each week's hashtags (#ridewithSTR, #runwithSTR, #posewithSTR, and #meditatewithSTR) as well as the STR Division's hashtag (#STRongertogether) to stay connected with other STR members. Let's get STRonger together!
