Special Issue of “Building a Sustainability-oriented Corporate Governance in Emerging Markets under a Risk Environment”

This AD-Minister Special Issue aims to encourage researchers and academics to present their papers. It welcomes manuscripts that provide significant contributions for different types of organizations such as HEIs, NGOs, MNCs, or SMEs, which operate in Emerging Markets, in order to develop the following topics:
Governance structures, ownership, management control.
Independent directors, Top management team, duality of roles.
Board of directors, boards’ diversity, size, and composition.
Corporate networks, interlocking directorates.
Corporate mergers and acquisitions.
Corporate governance mechanisms (poison pills, golden parachutes, etc.).
Other subjects related to this organizational field.

Manuscripts should not exceed 7000 words, including all figures, tables and appendices; and excluding references. Manuscript’s first page has to indicate that it aims for this Special Issue.
