Strategy scholars are increasingly turning to field experiments to investigate interesting and important research questions. However, the application of this method is relatively new within the management community. This session invites experienced researchers to demystify the process and key aspects of conducting field experiments, such as pre-registration, randomization techniques, intervention design, measurement design, handling unexpected reviewer questions, etc. The goal of this session is to help researchers new to field experiments gain a deeper understanding of this research method.
