The New Doctoral Student Consortium (NDSC) is one of the longest-running and most well-attended pre-conference activities. The NDSC's mission is to provide a professional development outlet for doctoral students entering the first or second year of a doctoral program, as well as those considering entering a doctoral program. The NDSC is an interactive environment in which doctoral students can learn skills to succeed in a doctoral program and enter the academic profession. The NDSC is committed to facilitating doctoral students' initial experience with, and further integration into, the Academy of Management and the academic community at large.

We invite doctoral students entering the first or second year of a doctoral program, as well as those considering entering a doctoral program to apply. If you are a faculty and know any students that can benefit from this event please share this information with them.

The event will be held in-person on Sunday, August 6th in two parts (Sessions: 8:30am-4:00pm ET | Networking: 4:00-5:30pm ET). To be considered for inclusion, please complete this registration form by 5pm ET on Friday, June 30, 2023.

If you have any questions, please contact Chris Winchester at winch092@umn.edu. We hope to see you in Boston!
