The event will be held from September 16th to 18th, 2024, in the beautiful city of Florianópolis, SC, Brazil.
Our theme (ESO/Theme 1) explores, among other aspects, the pivotal role that risk management plays in facilitating effective strategy implementation, elevating organizational performance, and promoting robust business governance and resilience.

This event is a premier gathering in business and management in Brazil and Latin America. It has been organized by the Brazilian Academy of Management (ANPAD) since 1977, gathers more than 2,000 participants annually, and partners with other prominent management associations across the globe.
Papers can be submitted in English, Portuguese, or Spanish and should not exceed 10,000 words. Competitive sessions offer various awards, and authors can choose to publish either the paper abstract or the full paper in the proceedings. Presentation sessions are available in English, Portuguese, or Spanish.
