The Department of Management and Leadership at Texas Christian University invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor of Strategy (tenure-track) within the Neeley School of Business. Successful candidates will begin employment in Fall 2025.
Description
Successful candidates will demonstrate significant research and teaching accomplishments in strategic management or closely related fields. Primary responsibilities include conducting high quality research and teaching undergraduate and/or MBA courses. Collegiality and a demonstrated ability to work with others are highly valued. The teaching load and salary are competitive and commensurate with qualifications.

Requirements
Candidates for the position should possess (or expect completion of by August 2025) an earned doctorate in strategic management or a related field.
