Three-year Postdoctoral Scholarship in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
The successful candidate will be part of an international research group focussing on innovation and entrepreneurship or related fields. You will proactively engage in developing ambitious research projects, publish in top academic journals, and contribute to developing the research environment at the department.
Our offer
An opportunity to join a dynamic and international working environment. Members of the department have published in top-ranked academic journals such as the Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Annals, Organization Science and in practitioner journals such as Harvard Business Review and California Management Review. We will provide you with extensive access to qualitative data from a network of global start-ups and MNCs. The position is a fixed-term appointment for three years, with a possibility of extension upon successful evaluation. The starting date for the appointment can be set upon mutual agreement, but we would want you to begin by October 2022 or by agreement. The scholarship is ≈ USD 4500 per month (tax free) and there are additional funds for research related expenses. There is the possibility for an additional 20% teaching which will be paid extra.
Your Profile
You have completed (or are about to complete) a doctoral degree in innovation, entrepreneurship or a relevant field, have demonstrated outstanding research potential through excellent dissertation research, and enjoy working in diverse and interdisciplinary teams. Ideally, you are interested in areas such as start-up-corporate collaboration, entrepreneurial ecosystems and high-tech innovations.
