    This is a friendly reminder that there are two days left to pre-register for the PDW on AI for Science.

     

    Event Details

    -       Date/Time: Friday August 9, 2024, 8:00AM - 11:00AM

    -       Location: Sheraton, Michigan B – Level 2 

    -       Format: Panel presentations are open to all attendees; Roundtable paper workshop require pre-registration.

    -       Academic Presenter: Kevin Boudreau (Northeastern), Hila Lifshitz-Assaf (Warwick), Scott Stern (MIT), Dashun Wang (Northwestern)

    -       Industry Speaker: Daniel Mankowitz (Startup), Alhussein Fawzi (Google DeepMind)

     

    How to "Pre-Register"

    Participants are expected to share their 3-5 extended abstract and gain insights from panelists and peers. Accepted participants will be notified of their assignment of table end of July. Ph.D. students, postdoctoral fellows, and junior faculty are encouraged to apply.

    -       What to submit: Your name, email, institution, research interests, and a 3–5-page extended abstract (excluding references, figures, and tables).

    Part 2: Roundtable Discussions - Pre-registration Required (45 min)

    Accepted pre-registrants will exchange paper ideas and feedback with panelists and other roundtable participants.
