    We define some these terms based on previous work and in the context of IT in an Organization Science paper in 2007:

    Aral & Weill (2007) "IT Assets, Organizational Capabilities & Firm Performance: How Resource Allocations and Organizational Differences Explain Performance Variation" Organization Science, 18(5), September-October: 1-18.

    Hit the library - this is basic.  Why is BPS-NET becoming the place where PhD students can take shortcuts and not do their own work?
