  • 1.  Seeking Materials for M&A Course

    Posted 10-29-2013 19:37

    Dear colleagues,

I am currently developing an Executive MBA course on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&As), with emphasis on the international dimension of these transactions. Could you please kindly share any teaching materials for such a course (on M&As in general, and international M&As in particular), such as syllabi, case studies, additional readings, exercises and assignments, M&A simulations etc., if available. I would appreciate any recommendations you might have.

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Best,
    Daniel
