Dear fellow scholars,
I am building a model which needs the support of theoretically/empirically grounded work concerning behavior of leaders. Specifically, I am looking for scales that measure
- Leader inertia with respect to implementing strategy change
- Leader dependence on own experience versus followership based dependence during strategic change
This is for a simulation model that I am building and I request any/all leads that can help this effort.
