Dear colleagues,
I am looking for a relatively recent case to discuss issues of partner selection in strategic alliances or joint ventures. My all time favourite is Millennium Pharmaceuticals, but it is getting old ( it is set in the early 2000). The specific questions I would like to discuss involve thinking about complementarities and compatibilities between prospective partners.
