    BPS-netters,

     

    Does anyone know of research examining the effect of patent invalidation on company value? For example, one the day that one of Eli Lilly's (Prozac?) patents was invalidated, its stock price drop approximately 20-30%.  Is this any research examining this in a systematic manner?
