Associate Professor in Business Administration and Accounting Studies at the Universitￜ degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca in Milano (Italy)

All areas of research within Business Administration and Accounting Studies will be considered. The ideal candidate would demonstrate the ability to conduct high quality research and teach in a multi-disciplinary environment. The new professor will be part of the Department of Economics, Management and Statistics (DEMS), and is expected to contribute to undergraduate, master and PhD programs. We are looking for candidates with a strong research record who can publish in top-tier journals, be effective teachers, and be willing to make other contributions to the department.
Teaching Load
The teaching load for the Associate Professor in Business Administration and Accounting Studies is 2 semester courses annually in national and international accounting, and business administration.ￜ
About the Department
DEMS employs a group of 55 full-time faculty members, as well as 39 postdocs and PhD students. The department is committed to investing heavily in the ongoing development of its faculty and its management division. The research and teaching area of the Department includes theoretical and applied economics, marketing and business strategy. DEMS faculty members have published in top-tier general and field journals such as American Economic Review, Economic Journal, Journal of Behavioral Decision Making, Annals of Statistics, Journal of Econometrics, European Economic Review, European Management Review, Industrial and Corporate Change, International Journal of Industrial Organization, Journal of International Economics, Management Science, Energy Policy, Research Policy and Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal.
