Assistant or Associate Professor of Strategic Management
The Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University is recruiting for a tenure stream position in strategic management.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should be terminally qualified in a relevant area of scholarship, and have primary research and teaching expertise in strategic management and/or organization theory. In addition, applicants should be able to demonstrate progress toward national recognition as a researcher through pending and/or current record of publication. Salary is competitive.
Responsibilities: Research responsibilities will involve working with PhD students to develop research capabilities and maintaining an ongoing research program contributing to continued national scholarly prominence. Teaching responsibilities will consist of undergraduate and graduate courses in the areas of strategic management. In addition, applicants should be able to demonstrate ability as a classroom instructor through summarized peer and/or student evaluations, and/or explicit commentary in letters of recommendation. Preference will be given to experienced applicants.
