Meta Analysis: Firm performance and charismatic leadership

    Dear colleagues:

I am preparing to conduct a meta-analysis of studies that investigate the relationship between firm/business unit performance and charismatic leadership of the top manager.  ("top manager" refers to the leader at the strategic level who has responsibility for the performance of an entire organizational unit, e.g., CEOs, store managers, business unit leaders, etc.)  I am searching for unpublished studies-masters theses, dissertations, technical reports, and others-that have examined this topic.  If you have and/or are aware of any unpublished studies that investigate top manager charismatic leadership and firm level performance, I would very much appreciate it if you could share these studies with me for inclusion in my analysis.

If you have a study that in any way fits with my topic and are willing to include in my study, please forward to chris.broberg@wichita.edu

Thank you for your time and consideration.
