Dear BPS-members:
I am currently creating a syllabus for a global strategy implementation course at the Masters level. This course will be an 8 week course. We expect this course to have cases and readings.
The students have already taken a Global strategy formulation course with topics such as entry strategies, analysis of global markets, evaluation of acquisitions etc. We have courses on Global management (with topics such as cross cultural management), Global leadership, and a course on Global Ethics.
If you have taught a course on focussing on Strategy implementation, or have suggestions for reading list for International Business Strategy (implementaiton), I would appreciate any help here.
