    TENURE-TRACK FACULTY POSITION IN STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT

     

    The Department of Management and Organizations at the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management, invites applications from qualified candidates for a full-time, tenure-track position in Strategic Management at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor to begin in August of 2015.  Candidates with research and teaching interests in strategy, innovation, organization theory, and entrepreneurship are encouraged to apply.  An earned doctorate in management or a related discipline is required.  Candidates at the Assistant Professor level should demonstrate strong potential, and candidates at the Associate Professor level should demonstrate an established record, for publishing research in top journals.  All candidates should demonstrate an ability to teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

     

    The Department of Management and Organizations is ranked among the top 25 management departments nationwide in research productivity and is recognized as a hub of world-class research.  The 13 tenure-track faculty members are known for their expertise and innovative thinking in the areas of judgment and decision-making, organizational behavior, organizational theory, and strategy.  Tenure-track faculty members include Lehman Benson, Joe Broschak, Terry Connolly, Aleks Ellis, Stephen Gilliland, Barry Goldman, Songcui Hu, Tamar Kugler, Elizabeth McClean, Lisa Ordóñez, Nathan Podsakoff, Oliver Schilke, and Jerel Slaughter (Department Head).
