    Tenure-Track Faculty Position in Strategy – Stevens Institute of Technology

     

    The School of Business at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ invites applications for a tenure-track position in Strategic Management at the Assistant or Associate Professor level beginning August 2018.

     

    Qualifications: Candidates must have earned (or completed all requirements for) a Ph.D. in Strategic Management or a closely related field before September 2018. Candidates should also demonstrate a potential for excellence in research and teaching, and an ability to collaborate with the other faculty in the School of Business. While all applicants in this area are encouraged to apply, we are especially interested in those with expertise related to corporate governance/leadership, and technology and innovation.

     

    Job Responsibilities: Members of our faculty are expected to conduct original research of high quality, to teach effectively, and to participate in and contribute to the academic environment. Regarding research, candidates must have a commitment to research leading to top scholarly publications. Regarding teaching, candidates are expected to teach courses in Strategic Management and other related Management courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. The University offers excellent support for faculty research and a competitive teaching load.
