    Dear Colleagues

    This is a reminder of the Call for Papers deadline of May 31st for the CLADEA 2017 conference, to be held October 17-19, in Southern California.     

    This is turning out to be a remarkable event, with submissions already exceeding the initial expectations.    Only the highest quality contributions will be considered for paper sessions of this event, which constitutes the most prestigious management and business academic conference for Latin American colleagues.   Other quality contributions will have an opportunity to participate in the poster track.   The conference has a parallel track of panels and plenaries, where university presidents, business deans, journal editors, industry leaders, and other special speakers will share their perspectives.   Special interactive tours of leading businesses and universities in the region are also being planned for the conference.   

    We are delighted to inform that the contributions submitted for CLADEA 2017 will be considered for an additional fast-track reviews and publication in the special issues of some of the most respected interdisciplinary journals.  We have collaborated with eight journals, that collectively offer an opportunity to publish articles in three languages (English, Spanish and Portuguese).    They represent outlets that are indexed/ ranked in Scopus, Web of Science, Redalyc, Latindex (the largest in Latin America), ScienceDirect, Australian Business Dean's Council Journal Ranking, Cabell, EBSCO, J-Gate, and Proquest, among others.      These are the journals that are offering special issues with CLADEA 2017 contributions:

    •       Elsevier journal - Journal of Economics Finance and Administrative Science

    •       Inderscience journal - International Journal of Business and Emerging Markets

    •       Emerald Journal - Management Research: The Journal of the Iberoamerican Academy of Management

    •       Emerald journal - Academia Revista Latinoamericana de Administración

    •       Sage journal - Business Perspectives and Research

    •       Pan-Pacific Journal of Business Research

    •       Journal of Management & Technology (Brazil)

    •       Brazilian Administration Review (sponsored by the Brazilian Management Academy – ANPAD)
