The School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University (Tsinghua SEM) invites applications for faculty positions at all levels (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Full Professor) in the area of strategy. Tsinghua SEM (hereafter the School) is the first school in mainland China accredited by both AACSB and EQUIS. The School offers Bachelors, Masters (including MBA and EMBA) and Ph.D. programs. Applicants for assistant professor positions should have earned or be expecting a doctorate degree in academic areas of strategic management, business policy, economics, sociology, or related disciplines by the end of 2011. Established or promising research potentials are highly expected. Applicants for associate and full professor positions must have a strong record of published research in premier management journals. Demonstrated capacity for quality teaching is also required. Candidates must hold a sincere commitment to effective teaching, productive research, and quality services to the school, the university, and the broader society.
