Dear Colleagues,
The Strategy and Innovation department at Boston University Questrom School of Business is looking to hire a postdoctoral associate as part of a University-wide initiative called Innovate@BU designed to spur innovation and entrepreneurship campus wide. Our department is an outstanding group of established and junior scholars working in the midst of one of the most dynamic academic centers and cities in the world. Our faculty members represent a diverse range of disciplines (e.g. organizational theory; sociology; economics) but converge in a common interest for research issues that lie at the intersection of strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship and technological change. The environment is intellectually rigorous but collegial and supportive.
This is a one year position with an option to extend to two years.
We look for high-potential recent PhD graduates that strongly believe they can significantly benefit from a stay in a dynamic research environment, and are willing to contribute their talent to strengthen our research community and work on collaborative research projects with faculty. We are particularly interested in graduates with experience and interest in working with our faculty on research on the Boston entrepreneurial ecosystem to further the University's Innovate@BU initiative. There is no teaching requirement. We believe a win-win situation can be reached when a post-doc associate works collaboratively with one or more faculty members and we maintain a strong track record in this regard.
Application Deadline: March 31st, 2018
