A Ph.D. in management with an emphasis on human resources and ability to do research are required. The ability to teach a variety of undergraduate and graduate management courses, especially entrepreneurship, and a background in corporate management are desirable. The <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placetype w:st="on">College</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Business</st1:placename></st1:place> is pursuing AACSB candidacy and candidates with previous teaching experience, a demonstrated research record, and familiarity with AACSB standards and accreditation will receive strongest consideration.
