Associate Professor/Professor of Management (Strategy)
Job Announcement
The Department of Marketing and Management in the College of Business Administration at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) invites applications for a tenure-track position at the associate professor or professor level in Management with an emphasis on strategy. The expected starting date is September 1, 2014. Salary and benefits are AACSB-competitive and appropriate for experience and qualifications. Responsibilities include scholarly research and publishing findings in top management (strategy) academic journals, instruction at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, and service on faculty committees. This position is subject to funding availability.
Required Qualifications
Minimum qualifications for appointment at the rank of associate professor or professor include a Ph.D. in management and a substantial and continuing body of research in top peer-reviewed scholarly journals in management (strategy). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are important.
