Senior Faculty Position in Entrepreneurship at the College of Business at Bryant University
Position Description
The College of Business at Bryant University seeks a distinguished scholar with a demonstrated record of accomplishments in academic and practitioner fields to design, develop and a lead a highly successful program in entrepreneurship that will mentor and train a motivated generation of students that have chosen to attend Bryant's nationally recognized College of Business.
The anticipated start date is fall 2015. Specific responsibilities include teaching, research and service in entrepreneurship. As a senior faculty member of Entrepreneurship, he/she will be expected to serve as a resource and mentor for faculty and students who have research agendas or interest in entrepreneurship and related areas. In addition he/she will be responsible to continue to pursue high quality research and stay in the forefront of the developments that affect the field as well as to provide direction in guiding Bryant's Global Entrepreneurship program and serving as the faculty advisor to the Bryant University chapter of Collegiate Entrepreneurship Organization (CEO) ensuring innovative experiential learning activities for students and the broader community. He/she will provide leadership in developing and coordinating an annual conference to bring more visibility to the Global Entrepreneurship Program and to Bryant University.

Qualifications
Candidates must possess a doctorate degree in Entrepreneurship, Management, or a related discipline, with a specialization in entrepreneurship. A significant track record of effectiveness in teaching, research, and mentoring and development of junior faculty and students is required. Candidates must also be prepared to help lead entrepreneurship initiatives in the College of Business and across the Bryant University campus. A secondary interest /qualification in Strategic Management or International Business is desired.
