Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in Management (OB/HR or Strategic Management) or a closely-related field
A strong record of research productivity, teaching excellence and significant service accomplishments commensurate with the
expectations for tenure and appointment at the rank of professor
Prior administrative experience and a record of leadership accomplishments in higher education, including the successful
mentoring of junior faculty
Familiarity with and commitment to continuous improvement as outlined in the AACSB accreditation standards
An ability to lead the engagement activities of the department
A record of advancing diversity in higher education
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
