The University of Central Oklahoma's College of Business is seeking a dynamic educator and driven scholar to serve the recently redesigned cohort based MBA program (http://mba.uco.edu) housed at the UCO Downtown campus (http://downtown.uco.edu) in Oklahoma City's Central Business District. Faculty's primary responsibilities for teaching will be MBA courses at the downtown campus. All courses are currently evening courses. Position resides in the Management Department.
The MBA program is seeking an individual with expertise in one of two combinations: 1) Leadership, Organizational Behavior, and Human
Resource Management OR 2) Leadership, Organizational Change and Innovation, and Strategic Management. Interest and/or expertise in decision-making / problem solving is also preferred.
The Management Department currently houses 12 full-time faculty members, and offers majors in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, International Business, Management, and PGA Golf Management. The Management Department also currently administers the MBA program for the College of Business.
