The Management and Human Resources Department at the Fisher College of Business in the Ohio State University is seeking applicants for a faculty appointment in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. This is an open rank, full-time, tenure track appointment to begin fall 2016. A Ph.D. in Strategy/Entrepreneurship or related discipline is required and a publication record commensurate with experience is an important hiring criterion. Preference will be given to candidates with at least some faculty experience, and senior candidates are particularly encouraged to apply.

The Fisher College of Business and The Ohio State University both have well-established research track records, and the Innovation and Entrepreneurship group at the Fisher College of Business seeks to build on and extend this record. Applicants will need to be able to apply up-to-date theories and methods to address critical research questions on innovation and entrepreneurship and publish their work in top tier Management research journals. In terms of teaching, strong applicants would be skilled at translating research to the classroom setting at undergraduate and other levels.

The Ohio State University is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer. Qualified women, minorities, veterans, and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply. The Fisher College of Business has identified the diversity of its faculty, staff and students to be a central and essential goal. We are actively seeking the strongest applicant pool in support of our diversity goals and other objectives. For more information, visit the college webpage at: http://fisher.osu.edu. Applicants should send (1) a cover letter summarizing the applicant's qualifications, (2) curriculum vitae, (3) publication samples, and (4) three letters of recommendation to: Ben Tepper, Management and Human Resources, Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University, 2100 Neil Avenue, Columbus, OH 43210-1144.

Salary and benefits will be competitive and commensurate with rank, publication record and experience. Metropolitan Columbus is a rapidly growing and attractive location hosting many corporate headquarters and providing a very high quality of life.
