Assistant Professor of Management

The Department of Management and Human Resources at Indiana University South Bend invites applications for a tenure track appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor beginning August 2016.

Responsibilities include

• teaching, research, and service; with teaching primarily in strategic management, entrepreneurship, and business and society
  
• a teaching load of three courses per semester, or nine semester hours, at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels primarily in strategic management, entrepreneurship, and business and society.
  

The IU South Bend Judd Leighton School of Business and Economics is accredited by AACSB International.

IU South Bend is the third largest campus in the IU system and serves the north central Indiana community.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Position requires a Ph.D. from an AACSB-accredited school in management or a closely-related field. ABD candidates nearing degree completion will be considered.
  
• Effective communication skills are required
  
• Preference will be given to individuals who show promise of excellence in teaching and research.
