    Posted 03-16-2015 14:36

    Dear Colleagues,

Our research team is conducting a meta-analysis examining corporate governance and corporate fraud.  We are seeking unpublished studies (e.g. working papers, papers accepted for publication, dissertations, master's theses, etc.), conference presentations, proceedings publications, or book chapters that consider both board or audit committee independence and some measure of corporate fraud or wrongdoing (e.g., earnings management, regulatory non-compliance, illegal activities, price fixing, other accounting or financial fraud).

Please send any relevant efforts to Corinne Post ( corinne.post@lehigh.edu ). Thank you in advance for your help.

    Sincerely,

    Corinne Post

Just found out that our meta-analysis on corporate fraud/misconduct got accepted by AOM.  So, now it's more than just a submission (which is how I referred to it in the previous two emails).  It's a Rahman-Sampath-Gardberg paper.  We did not focus on governance in the meta-analysis.  We do have a wealth of literature on governance, as our latest conference paper (led by Naomi Gardberg) dealt with content coding of corporate governance.  Let me know what you think of the informal alliance proposal.
