Corporate strategy diagnostic

    Hi all,

     

    I am developing a short diagnostic survey for my EMBA corporate strategy course. The diagnostic survey is designed to collect information regarding the perceived efficacy of the corporate strategy of a participant's employer. I will use the results to motivate classroom discussion around certain corporate strategy topics. If possible, I do not want to reinvent the wheel and would like to build on the work of others. If you have developed a similar or related diagnostic (or know of someone who has) and are willing to share, please let me know. Thanks in advance.
