Dear colleagues,
On Friday January 16, 2015 at 10:15 we are organizing a workshop on corporate development activities in Tilburg University, the Netherlands, where Brian Silverman, Maurizio Zollo, Xavier Martin and Marius Meeus will present their recent work and discuss the latest research in the field.
Corporate development activities, such as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and alliances, are increasingly important strategic tools for many companies around the world to keep up with globalization and rapid technological change. Due to their managerial importance, these corporate development activities continue to be highly attractive to management researchers. In this workshop, we will explore with renowned researchers novel ideas and findings on these phenomena and discuss new avenues for future research.
