    The Strategic Management Department of IESE Business School invites applications for tenure-track positions (Assistant, experienced Assistant or Associate level) for our Barcelona and/or Madrid campuses. Applicants must demonstrate ability to conduct high quality research and the potential to teach in a dynamic multicultural environment.

    We are particularly interested in candidates with an academic focus in strategic management and/or organization theory, welcoming a variety of disciplinary and methodological approaches. We seek applicants that are motivated by our tradition of high-impact academic research and direct impact to management practice.
