I am Paola Rovelli, a first year PhD Student at Politecnico di Milano, Department of Management, Economics, and Industrial Engineering (www.dig.polimi.it). For my PhD thesis, I am working on a literature review on firms’ organizational design with Massimo G. Colombo and Cristina Rossi Lamastra. To cover exhaustively the papers addressing issues on this theme, we designed a systematic literature review. We defined a preliminary list of journals and we now are trying to extend this list, including other relevant journals. Specifically, we aim to define a complete list of journals including those that scholars working on this theme take into account when they want to acquire knowledge on recent developments in the field of firms’ organizational design and/or they think to relevant papers on the topic.
