    Brief Overview

This chair is intended to provide academic focus and scholarly leadership on ethical issues related to management and leadership, and to help instill a concern for ethical issues and behavior throughout the liberal arts curriculum. Academic rank is open. The locus of tenure is in the Department of Management (https://www.gettysburg.edu/academics/management/), with courtesy rank in Philosophy a possibility depending upon the candidate’s credentials. The appointment is tenure-track, although a senior candidate may be appointed with tenure. The appointment will begin in August 2015.
