    An undergraduate student of mine, is attempting to get data for her senior honors thesis focusing on factors that predict employee engagement and how the extent to which these are valued can predict organizational success and employee satisfaction. We are employing a snowball methodology for part of our data collection. The main requirement is that the individual is currently employed.
