Position Description
The Department of Management and Global Business at Rutgers Business School-
Newark and New Brunswick invites applications for a full-time non-tenure
track faculty position in Strategy and Consulting starting in September
2014. Applicants for this position must have demonstrated excellence in
teaching course on strategy and/or consulting. Successful applicants must
also have qualifications to meet and maintain AACSB (the business school
accrediting body) standards for faculty qualifications. This position
provides a strong teacher with the opportunity to develop and teach a
variety of courses and to contribute to the study of pedagogy. The position
is fully devoted to teaching and is not suitable for anyone who wishes to
pursue a traditional scholarly career. Rutgers Business School is located in
the New Jersey/New York metropolitan area and spans campuses in Newark and
New Brunswick. We opened a new Business School Building in Newark in 2009
and opened a new Business School Building in New Brunswick in the fall of
2013.

Job Requirements
A Ph.D. is preferred; ABD is acceptable; minimum qualification is a Masters
Degree in area of teaching responsibility. Faculty members are expected to
teach on both campuses and are assigned an office on either campus depending
on needs.
