    An exciting opportunity exists for a highly qualified and passionate academic to join the UQ Business School to contribute to world class research and teaching at lecturer or senior lecturer levels.

    Successful candidates will join a research active faculty interested in strategy, innovation and entrepreneurship. Faculty employ both qualitative and quantitative research methods and have published in top disciplinary journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, Journal of Business Venturing, Research Policy, Journal of Management Studies, Organisation Studies, Organization Science and Strategic Management Journal. The School provides a generous start-up research grant, ongoing research support and attractive teaching loads.
     
    Applicants should have received a PhD in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Innovation or related discipline and have a well-rounded understanding of topics in these areas. Prior experience in teaching undergraduate strategy courses, particularly using active learning pedagogies and business simulations, is desirable
