Call for Presentation Abstracts
Managing Knowledge
&
Knowledge Analytics
Operational Research and Management Science (OR/MS) in Europe organized by EURO – the European Association of Operational Research Society and the Spanish Statistics and Operations Research Society are holding its 29th European Conference on Operational Research, Management Science, and other related subjects. It is being held by the two major Valencian universities, Universitat de València and Universitat Politècnica de València. The beautiful city of Valencia will be hosting it.
For this conference, we are organizing two streams of sessions related to Managing Knowledge and Knowledge Analytics. The first is a stream on broader topics related to Knowledge where any paper should fit. It is expected to have two sessions, viz., Knowledge Workers and Knowledge Innovation. The emphasis of papers expected in this stream is on how organizations effectively and efficiently can deploy knowledge in their operations. Cases pertaining to applications in real world organizations will be welcome. The second stream on Knowledge Analytics consists of papers in the areas of Knowledge Management Analytics and Knowledge Work Analytics.
If you have been working in any of these or related areas, we invite you to come to Valencia and share your ideas with your colleagues. We expect this meeting to bring researchers and practitioners from around the globe. To have your work included, please do the following:
- Let me know by email (ad.amar@shu.edu) that you are interested.
- Organize your thoughts into a brief abstract of about 200 words to be submitted online.
- Give a title to your presentation and send it to me.
- I will give you code to access the Abstract Submission site.
- Submit your abstract at https://www.euro-online.org/conf/ifors2017/ or ask me. Submit by March 5, 2018.
At the conference, you will have a PPT-assisted presentation to last about 15 minutes. If you have a written paper ready, you may distribute it at the conference. A number of journals are typically present at these meetings to offer publication opportunities to those authors with completed papers.
