My coauthors and I are conducting a meta-analytic review of the board capital construct as it has been used in corporate governance research, specifically focusing on the relationship of board human capital (e.g., education, knowledge, expertise, etc.) and social capital (e.g., social relationships, interlocking directorates, ties, etc.) with organizational performance.
Please consider contributing to our study by providing us with any unpublished manuscripts (including dissertation work) that focus on one or more of the above-mentioned relationships. Ideally, studies should include correlation tables and information on sample characteristics.
