    Full, Associate, or tenure-track Assistant Professor in Organization Theory at the Università della Svizzera italiana in Lugano (Switzerland)

     

    Profile

    All areas of research within Organization Theory will be considered. The ideal candidate would demonstrate the ability to conduct high quality research and teach in a multi-cultural environment. The new professor will be part of the Institute of Management and Organization (IMO), and is expected to contribute to undergraduate, master and PhD programs, as well as to supervise doctoral students. We are looking for ambitious candidates who can publish in top-tier journals.

    Teaching Load

    The teaching load for Full or Associate Professors is 3 semester courses annually; for Assistant Professors it is 1.5 semester course annually.

    Residence

    Professors reside in Ticino, which is part of the Italian-speaking area of Switzerland. The new professor is expected to provide consistent participation in the academic activities of the university.

    Salary and contract

    The salary is within a range established by University regulations. The exact amount will be defined depending on experience and academic qualifications.

    Application

    (i) the cover letter;

    (ii) a current Curriculum Vitae;

    (iii) a list of publications;

    (iv) copy of at most 5 representative publications;

    (v) the name and contact details of three referees.
