I am looking to revise a capstone Strategic Management course for undergraduates this fall to make it more experiential and applied in nature. I would really appreciate any recommendations on syllabi, books/readings, projects, cases, simulations, videos, and any other resources that would be of help. 

I am happy to distribute the recommendations to all interested parties.
