School of Business Administration of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) in Moscow, Russia invites applications for full-time, tenure-track positions of Assistant Professor in International Business, Business Policy and Strategy, Human Resource Management, Project Management, Organizational Behavior, International Management, Marketing, or Managerial Economics. Equivalent vacancies in other HSE departments such as economics and post-doctoral fellowships will be advertised at a later stage. Applications for Associate and Full Professorships will also be considered, and are, in fact, encouraged. Knowledge of Russian is not required as teaching is done in English.

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in management, business, economics or a related field, or be within a year of completion at the time of application. The successful candidate is expected to conduct high-quality research publishable in reputable peer-reviewed journals with research support provided by the university's Centre for Advanced Studies – a collaborative endeavor with Moscow's New Economic School. The appointments will be made for three years in the first instance, starting in September 2018, with reviews of teaching and research during the third year.
Benefits
The salary is competitive, indexed to inflation annually, and subject to a 13% flat income tax. The university offers health insurance (free of charge), language assistance, and other social benefits; travel support and other research assistance are generous. The teaching load of newly hired faculty is minimal and service is not required; heavy emphasis is placed on high-quality research.
