Victoria Business School is located within the centre of New Zealand's thriving capital city. As part of Victoria Business School, the School of Management offers courses at undergraduate, postgraduate and professional levels.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the School of Management at a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer level to undertake teaching and research of high quality, to assist in programme development where appropriate, and to contribute to the effective management of the School, including relationships with practitioner communities.
We invite applications for two positions, one of which is broadly in the area of Strategic Management, the other in Organisational Behaviour. We encourage applications from candidates who will offer the School versatility in their teaching, with willingness and abilities to teach in other areas, such as introductory management and/or research methods.
Candidates should have well-developed teaching and research interests with a PhD in a relevant discipline.
The appointees will be expected to undertake undergraduate, postgraduate and professional programme teaching within the School of Management as well as postgraduate research supervision, while developing and maintaining a strong research programme keeping with the School's emphasis on high-quality scholarship.
