EM Lyon Business school's PhD program in Strategy & Organizations is recruiting 4 PhD students for its next cohort (starting September 2017)

The PhD in Strategy & Organizations at the EM Lyon Business School is receiving applications for the 2017/2018 intake.

EMLYON Business School offers a vibrant and renowned environment. Ranked #20 in Europe by the Financial Times (Dec. 2016), the school has the triple accreditation: AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA. In line with these accreditations, the school is committed to provide world-class educational efforts, resources, and a strong involvement in research. EMLYON Business School has campuses in Europe (Lyon, Paris) and Asia (Shanghai) but the PhD program is located on our main campus in Lyon (Ecully).

Our PhD program in Management covers Organization Theory, Strategy, International Business and Entrepreneurship. Faculty members involved in this PhD program and supervising PhD theses have published regularly in top academic journals (e.g., Academy of Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, Journal of International Business, Organization Studies, Journal of Management...).

We are recruiting four students for our next cohort (starting September 1st 2017). Our selection is based on academic records, GMAT and TOEFL scores, academic letters of references, and a research statement. Application deadline is April 30 for admission in early September. Admission decisions are sent early to mid-June.

Academic fees are waived for all admitted students to the Ph.D. program. All Ph.D. students benefit from financial aid provided by the school. This aid includes a TRA (teaching and research assistantship) and a living allowance, for a total of around 19,000 euros per year. We also finance international academic conferences and workshops when students present their papers.

Financial support is available for the four years of study, provided the student's academic performance is satisfactory.
